I hurt my hand and wrist and going to a physical therapist during shelter in place was not a choice. Thank goodness Jennifer offered appointments by teleconference. I am so grateful. We did exercises and immediately my hand and wrist stopped hurting as much and i had real movement. I did the exercises over a week and my hand and wrist are back to normal. I’m so grateful that I can see her online whenever I need to. It’s a gift. And she really knows what she’s doing…the tools are so far beyond just PT which is what makes it so exciting to work with her.

I have suffered with severe rheumatoid arthritis for many years and Jennifer came highly recommended to help improve my mobility. It is amazing how much she has helped me with my strength and balance along with giving me helpful techniques to strengthen my core so I am more confident walking, especially outside on uneven surfaces.
When Bay Area shelter in place was initiated, those sessions stopped. Once we were allowed to venture out more with face masks along with social distancing, Jennifer had a fantastic idea, PT outdoors. I highly recommend this. We go outside and use all of what nature has to offer. Grass, uneven surfaces, steps. My body is definitely challenged even more now and I continue to improve.

I have had the privilege of being treated by Jennifer on numerous occasions. She is a gifted practitioner who combines the knowledge of a physical therapist, the hands of an adept massage therapist, and the compassion of a true healer. Jennifer has helped guide my body into a better state of balance.

Jennifer was an amazing help right away! She has great energy, clearly a healer, and an easy going nature that makes it comfortable to talk about all the difficulties that can come with an injury. Her grasp of Neurokinetic Therapy is both physical and ethereal, and in one quick session she helped me learn something about my body that eased pain I’ve been dealing with for years! Thanks so much Jennifer!
