Neurokinetic Therapy® (NKT)
Pain can be the result of changes that your body has accumulated over time. We unconsciously create compensation patterns as a way to cope with injuries, surgeries, poor posture, and repetitive stress.
Neurokinetic Therapy® (NKT) is a method of manual muscle testing used to assess the quality of the connection between the brain and the muscles. Muscle imbalances and compensation patterns can then be corrected.
You might be amazed to see how different parts of your body can influence each other.
There are often immediate improvements in coordination, strength, and balance.
If “stretching and strengthening away the problem” or “thinking about the correct movements while performing them” didn’t work for you, Neurokinetic Therapy® may be the answer.
